Mirjam Jaeger takes Silver Medal

Asolo 31st January 2008 .  Mirjam Jaeger, the 25 year old Swiss athlete confirmed her world class status last week by winning the Silver medal at the X-Games Superpipe competition in Aspen, Colorado. Mirjam has a past history of being on the podium at some of the world's top freestyle events.

Mirjam knew that the Superpipe event would be hard, her competitors were among the finest in the world. The best of two run competition, took Jaeger to third place in the first round. Whilst she waited to begin the second and decisive round, all her fans had their fingers crossed, especially the Ski technician who had prepared Mirjam's skis & boots.

In the second run, Jaeger shocked everybody by ending with back to back 5's (natural & unnatural), the crowd found this absolutely fantastic: a talented female skier who performed amazing tricks in the air during the X-Games, the world's premier winter action event.

Mirjam is now attending the SIA show in Las Vegas, meeting her fans & main sponsors, like Dalbello. Mirjam skis on Krypton II Moro boots.
